Terms of service
By creating an account or using Growflow, you agree to these terms. Growflow ("we", "us") is available to customers worldwide.
The service
Growflow generates marketing content from a brand profile you control. Generated content is a draft for your review; you are responsible for what you approve and publish.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Growflow. You need to give accurate details and keep your credentials to yourself. You must have the rights to any material you upload or point us at.
Fair use
Plans carry monthly allowances and a fair-use ceiling on AI generation. Purchased post credits don't expire and are drawn down only past your plan's allowance.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling keeps the plan until the period ends. Credit purchases are one-off and non-refundable once spent. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's own terms.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no impersonation, no spam. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent its limits.
Your content, and what AI generates
You own the brand material you provide and the content you approve. You're responsible for reviewing anything Growflow generates before you publish or send it - AI output can be inaccurate, and it is not fact-checked or legally reviewed on your behalf.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties - Google for sign-in, Anthropic for AI generation, Stripe for payments. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control.
Termination
You can stop using Growflow and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. See our privacy policy for what happens to your data afterwards.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute - wherever in the world you use Growflow from.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you directly.
